FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - The second-ranked Nova Southeastern Sharks Women's team advanced to the NCAA National Championship tournament by defeating the fifth-ranked West Alabama Tigers 4-0 on Tuesday afternoon at the NSU Tennis Complex at Rolling Hills.

The Sharks, under the direction of Head Coach Doug Neagle, improved to 17-2 in NCAA Tournament matches since the 2022 season, winning each of their last eight.

• Isabella Ciancaglini and Kristyna Hranacova defeated Valentina Mutilba and Shaira Rivera 6-2 in doubles competition.
• Ita Habekovic and Julia Moraes clinched the doubles point for NSU by beating Lolita Hukasian and Greta Zawels 6-4. 
• Noemie Dadoun earned a 6-4, 6-1 victory over Hukasian
• Julia Moraes added a win over Zawels, winning 6-2, 6-2
• Sofia Shing sealed the match victory by beating Mutilba 6-4, 6-1
